Louis De Guzman (@louisdeguzman) is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Chicago, known for a bold visual language that fuses geometric abstraction with storytelling and a deep sense of identity. His work draws on his heritage and lived experience as a Filipino-American, exploring themes of belonging, memory, and personal evolution.
This year's STMNT X LOUIS DE GUZMAN Artist Edition isn't just a collab, it's a statement. Working with award-winning visual artist Louis De Guzman, the design explores the idea of inner light and self-discovery.​
​At its core is a lantern, symbolizing the inner light each individual carries. The keyhole invites you to look inward and unlock what already exists within. Radiating golds and ambers reflect inner energy and intention while the surrounding geometric forms represent fragments of identity, shaped by where we come from, what we’ve experienced, and who we become.​​
The result is more than a design. It's an invitation to make your own statement. Everything you need has always been within you, waiting for you to unlock it.
For 2022, the STMNT Artist Edition sees an exclusive co-lab with respected artist DEFERÂ (@deferk2s). His exclusively designed STMNT motif is featured on a limited-edition run of our stmnt all-in-one cleanser (300ml).
